/// Your data, respected

Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This site, anthonydmays.com, is operated by Anthony D. Mays ("I," "me," or "my"). I respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you. This policy explains what I collect, why, how it's handled, and the rights you have over it.

Information I Collect

The only personal information I actively collect is what you submit through the contact form. That may include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Company name
  • Event details (type of engagement, date, location, budget)
  • Any message you choose to write

I do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. My web host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss working together
  • Coordinate speaking, workshop, coaching, or consulting engagements
  • Keep records of our correspondence and business relationship

I will never sell your personal information, and I don't send marketing emails unless you've explicitly asked me to.

How Your Information Is Shared

To deliver and manage contact submissions, I rely on a few trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this website
  • Resend — email delivery of your submission to me
  • Zapier and HubSpot — routing your inquiry into my customer relationship management system

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. I may also disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention

I keep your information for as long as it's needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting relationship, and no longer than necessary for those purposes. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. The legal basis for processing your contact submission is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to you. To exercise any of these rights, reach me through my contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your Rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information I collect and how it's used, to request access to or deletion of that information, and to correct inaccurate information. I do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and you will never be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, reach me through my contact form.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided me information, please contact me and I will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
